About

Touch Rugby Wales has been delivering great touch tourneys since 1991 in Cardiff. In that time we have seen the tournaments grow from 24 teams in 1991 to over 100 teams each season.

Touch Rugby Wales (Cardiff)

Date 21 April 2018

time first game starts at 5.30 pm

dressing room available from 4.45 pm

Last game 7.30 pm

players entrance gate 4 (down the ramp)

Parking under the stadium is for referees and officials only. Players will need to find their own car parking elsewhere sorry.

Supporters entrance gate 3 (up the ramp)

supporters are free but must remain in the stands and must not go on the playing area or the changing rooms.

In line with new security arrangements with the Stadium, expect a bag search. Your bag will then have a band or tag put on it to indicate it has been searched.

You will be met by a WRU representative who will direct you to your changing room.

Players should wear molded sole footwear on the playing field. It is surprisingly firm.
Any teams warming up should do so only if they are playing in the next time slot. They should train in the rugby field in goal area.

Once the game is over teams need to vacate the pitch immediately and the new team enters at the same time without delay.

The big stadium TV will feature the team names. If you also have a graphic logo for your team please send it to me by Tuesday and will pass it on to the WRU.

There will be an official WRU photographer at the stadium who will take team and action photos.

A medallion momento is being produced by the WRU for each player in the finals.

We must have vacated the stadium by 8.30 pm please.

Any further questions, please contact me.

Please confirm that you have read the e mail.
